SHIPPING & RETURNS

Mr Bird & Co. uses Australia Post to deliver our products to all locations within Australia.

 SAME DAY DISPATCH

Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be dispatched the same day at no extra cost.

All orders placed after 1:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.

SHIPPING TIMES

1-3 Days EXPRESS Shipping. There can be delays due to COVID check your tracking to see status of parcel.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia. To ensure your delivery is received as quickly as possible, we recommend supplying a business or PO Box address to receive the goods.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Once your products are on their way, we are unable to redirect your order.

We work closely with our shipping partner (Australia Post) to minimize delivery delays.

The delivery times provided are estimates only.

We will not be held liable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made if stock is not available.

All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provide us with.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address.

We shall not be responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Address confirmation is given on the ‘Review And Buy’ page in the checkout section of the site.

 CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If an incorrect address is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please contact a customer care representative immediately and we will attempt to update any incorrect order details. However, due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted.

  

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS

You are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault, damage, or defect, and for notifying us within 24 hours upon receiving the goods should there be a fault, damage, or defect.
